The glaze is crazed all over with fine cracks, easiest to follow across the front of the body. A few small dark specks sit in the glaze between the two bands.

The body narrows to a short, rounded foot. The jug stands on a chipped and speckled red tabletop, and the red makes the white read cooler than it would on a pale ground.
